New Zealand Family Propeller Identification - Please Help

Please help me to help identifying a family propeller.
On the hub there is:

D6P11 sept.19?7
DH GIPSY MAJOR
DRG N°DH5 20/11/20
GA28H N°5097

? means i'm not able to read. I believe is a 30' 40' propellor, may be manufactured in England or Canada for a Moth.

Can someone help me identifying the plane were was fitted / engine and age ?
