Please help to identify this prop

Hello all,

I've found a prop which I can't quite identify since there are no markings I can find on the blades. It does have a hub and might have something underneath it but I was not able to take it apart yet. Can anyone figure out what this might be? The length is about 8'5". Thank you very much for your help.

What would you value this at?

Could be almost anything, and you really can't estimate its value unless you know more about it.
