Need help identifying prop

That Roman numeral after DES is unusual, but I can't find any reference to the remaining numbers. Anything else stamped on it anywhere?

Thanks for responding Dave. Unfortunately there are no other marking on the prop. It is 102.5 inches in length and the center bore diameter is 3inches.
