Need help to I.D. old Penasco 260

Am seeking any information about an old wooden propeller I have been toting around for 40 years. The only stamped marking is "Penasco 260". Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could the markings be Menasco 260? Menasco produced a 260 hp 6-cylinder inline engine called the C-6S (or C6S) "Super Buccaneer." Some online sleuthing will show you some of the aircraft that used this engine type.
