Can any of our American specialists advise on the age, maker and aircraft of this prop?

Bob,
I would bet that it's an airboat prop. Broad flat blades, looks like flat pitch, blunted ends, 6 hole hub, lesser known maker, metal tips -- all seem to fit with that usage.
