The drawing number (P3000) is listed for a Bristol Scout or Pup using a 80 HP Gnome engine, which fits with the stampings. It also shows the number 216 in parentheses. Apparently that a "RNAS White City Propeller Stores" number, but I'm not sure of its significance.
Thanks for that Dave, using your infomation i have now found that the propeller came fron a Bristol Type 1 Scout C, ordered by the British Goverment on December 7, 1914 for the RNAS in a 24 aircraft batch, powered by the 80 HP Gnome Lambda rotary.
