Demand by private message

Hi,

I just received a demand for informations and value about a prop. There was two other recipients.

Personally, I will never answer such demands: This is a public forum where anybody can learn from anybody else, only if questions and answers are public. Searching a private answer, is, IMHO, contrary to the forum spirit.

I hope it would be possible to forbid private message from people who has not written a post.

Sorry about your experience, PM. There may be a way to restrict private messages based on post counts but I'd have to do some research to try to figure that out.

On another front, I was diagnosed with an incurable brain cancer last month and I am undergoing radiation and chemotherapy, but the outlook is not good, and average survival is measure in months, not years. I may have found a person who is sufficiently knowledgeable about computers to take over management of the entire web site (categories plus this forum) but that would not happen until at least next month.

Sorry to bother you with my futilities in such a time.
I am very, very sad, but dont loose hope, please. I am sure you knows it is an important factor. Average is only maths.
