Can someone help me identify this propeller? Im stumpec.

While it may be for a JN4 there's no way to document that based on what I see in the photos. The "S.C." (Signal Corps) number seems to have no relationship to make and model or to date of manufacture, but the stamped metal plate does look authentic. I suspect it was sold as surplus, originally had manufacturer's decals, and has been stripped and re-varnished.

At the very least I would carefully measure the hub dimensions then compare them to the link on that page. There are several Jenny propellers shown on this page, and if you scroll downto the Starr propeller you'll see the similarity, but even that may not be identical to the one you show above. There were thousands of propellers manufactured by the end of WW1 and shortly afterward and many of them look the same but had completely differnt applications.
