My list is at home and I'll try to check it when I get there, but the most you are likely to find is identification of what make and model that design might have been used on. Right now all I can tell is that it was used on a small Continental engine, and there are a lot of make/model aircraft that used that starting in the 30s and 40s.
I couldn't even being to comment on value without seeing accurate photos to show its condition.
