Propeller 1 B 110 CLERGET RH 1554 - TRACTOR D 8.5? P.6 10 DRG P.23

Hi all,
I am new to the forum and was wondering if I could use your expertise to identify the following propeller and engine cylinder I acquired recently.
Any help would be most appreciated.

My listing for that drawing number (P23) shows it as used on a Nieuport but the listing doesn't specify the model. I suspect that "1B" may reference the specific model but I'm not sure which version of the Nieuport that might refer to.

I can’t add any information about the propeller but that doesn’t look like a Clerget cylinder to me; it appears more characteristic of a Gnome Monosoupape.
