What Propeller is This?

A forum member supplied a link to a propeller drawing some time ago.

I want to recreate it as wall art for a family member and it would be nice to say exactly what airplane it is from/for.

Is it a blue print of a real propeller? Is the identity of this propeller known?

I don't think that blueprint was ever identified as a specific aircraft/engine application. I've looked in a lot of places for actual blueprints of specific aircraft and have come up empty.
