Looking for help in IDing Propeller

Hoping someone can help ID a propeller I own. I attached pictures for reference. Thanks in advance!

It's almost certainly for an HS2-L and part of a four-blade assembly. See this page. They were produced in large numbers by a number of different manufacturers. The "S.E." refers to "Steam Engineering", the Navy department responsible for procurement of propellers for their flying boats.
