I'm a newcomer to this hobby and just bought my first wooden propeller hub. It was cheap- £25- and had been kept outside as a garden ornament for some years and so the price really reflects the condition.
There are very few markings on the hub. It's a two- bladed mahogany one and each blade is numbered close to it's root (stamped 1 & 2 obviously!). There is another marking which is difficult to make out which reads either D3G or D&G.
The blades have been sawn off, but the dimensions of the hub are:- centre hole is 3" dia, 8 bolt holes of 11/16" diameter spaced on a PCD of 7 1/2".
Is that enough information or do you guys require more? I know it's pretty sketchy but anything you can tell me would be appreciated.
Thanks again.
