Uncertain if this is for an aircraft.

No visible markings that I can find.

DIMENSIONS:
Propeller Length: 67"
Hub Thickness: 3.25"
Hub Diamater: 5.5"

Metal Hub:
Bore: 1" tapers to ~.75"
Bolt Circle: 3, 3/8"

It's most likely aviation, quite possibly an early model and possibly for a little used engine model. These are elegant but often impossible to identify.
