Stranraer Prop ID Question

I purchased a large/long (11 ft 2inches) wooden prop about 25 years ago. I’d like to know what type aircraft it came from. Here’s what I know:

Manufacturer: Stranraer
Mfg date: 8:20/1939
Drawing number: 237837B

Prop was coated in heavy black plastic/rubber.

Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
