I bought G. Merville wooden propeller and I want to ask a professional how to proceed with its renovation.

I think it is the same as the one on this post:

Seems to be burned (or burnt?). Or, perhaps, remained a long time outside exposed to rain and sun. IMHO, there is nothing that can be done: In France, Merville propellers of this era (late 30's) are very common in good condition and not rare like new.

I'd leave it as is. Any renovation is likely to look sloppy. At least its present condition looks "natural".
