Can anybody tell me anything about this propeller?

Not really from that. THey are certainly strange looking tips. The hub might be that of a WW1 era plane. Are there numbers stamped anywhere or decals on the blades?

Here is another picture of it. I've asked for more information. The seller says that there is the word "Experimental" on it. I've asked for pictures of the hub.
