It can't be identified without stamped information around the hub, but at a glance it looks very similar to props made for a Liberty engine, often to power a DH4 or some of the Navy's flying boats in the late teens, early twenties.

If the bolt holes (behind the plate or seen from the other side) are 1/2" in diameter and their centers are 8" apart across the widest diameter (that's the "bolt hole circle") then it's very likely for a Liberty engine. The absence of metal sheathing suggests that it was not as likely to be used on a flying boat.

See if you can find numbers stamped somewhere around the hub or the inside of the blade.
