Help with identification

Hi everybody,
Someone propose me this early wooden propeller, the story tells that is a ww1 Italian fighter and it seems very simular in the shape of the SVA-5 model BUT this has 10-Holes for the bolt instead of 8...so maybe Austrian?
The Markings is SIGMA and UK (eagle??) 1

Hi,

Probably not "early". It has a Levasseur shape. In France, ten holes hubs appeared around 1921 with engines more than 400 HP.
Ask for hub measurements: bolt holes diameter, size of the circle of the bolt holes, central hole diameter and hub thickness. That could give the earlier possible date of the prop.

So it is definitely NOT a ww1 fighter propeller? IMHO, not, but asked measurements (or pics where markings are legible!) are mandatory to confirm that.
