I took the hub to Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome yesterday and their curators will evaluate whether it meets their criteria to be added to their collection in due course.
Stow Maries and Rochford (now Southend ) and Goldhanger which no longer exists were set up to intercept and shoot down Zeppelins in 1916
Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome is considered unique as no other near-complete World War One aerodrome remains in England/Europe.
Although 13 RFCs used MF11, and they were used to bomb Zeppelin bases in Belgium, I do not know if an MF11 ever shot at a zeppelin?
I will await their decision and failing their interest I will give Geert another call
