Regarding the propeller referenced in my last post...
a 8'8" mahogany 1/2 of a 4 blade propeller likely manufactured by Lang Propellers of United States for a Curtiss HS or similar...
there are no manufacturer's markings on the prop; perhaps there never were.
If it is possible that this propeller (refinished years ago) once had decals, what would they most likely have looked like? I have somewhat of a fetish for old waterslide decals and, if appropriate, would consider reproducing a set and mounting them on the propeller.
