Jenny Prop Marking Question - Help!

I just purchased this Jenny "Toothpick" and I have been all over the internet looking for the symbol (see bottom photo). I assume it has something to do with who made it, but I am not sure and it is killing me!

As for the prop, it looks like cherry, but again, I am not sure.

I bought it from a gentleman whose grandfather flew the JN-4 that it came off of in WW1.

Does anybody have any info? I appreciate it!

The "SC" is a Signal Corps number, and I believe that the cloverleaf is just an inspection stamp.
