Does anyone know of an appraiser in the North Georgia area
That I can use to evaluate I plan on donating mine to a museum

I don't know of a "recognized" appraiser anywhere.

Not that it's a formal appraisal, but if you post good quality photos and a description here you can probably get a reasonable value range which could "probably" be further supported in the event of a challenge. The problem is that there are not enough comparable sales of propellers to establish a narrow range of values, and almost never an exact number.
