This propeller has been previously identified on this site as a Thomas Morse Scout (S4C) with a 80 HP LeRhone engine. 8'2" long. This identification came from lettering around the hub.

Condition is a HUGE determinant of value, and you can't tell much about that from the single photo.

The range of values probably goes from a low of about $300 or $400 up to around $3000, with most of the ones in circulation closer to the lower end of that scale, mostly due to deterioration or to alterations over time. It is not a particularly rare item, as propellers go.
