        'Morning Geertse,

Paintings such as this are usually attributed to an antique dealer in the Portobello Road in London ( a street of antique dealers ). He was active around the 1970-80's. His work was always attractive, although his aircraft were often artistic rather than accurate representations.

Please let us know if there is a signature which can be read. I'd like to know more about him.

I do not know what aircraft the prop was made for, but I would add that the artwork is a valid part of the propeller's history and should be preserved.

        With kind regards,

        Bob

Excellent news, G. I've been waiting at least ten years to discover his name.

            Many thanks,
