I have a mahogany propeller that is 9'-6" long with copper/brass ends. It has 8 1/2" holes drilled in hub with 738 FCH stampings on hub. Can anyone help with identification and/or value. I have been told it may be off a curtiss navy flying boat from world war1. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

I think it's very likely from a Navy flying boat or a similar aircraft, but I don't recognize the stampings, other than the "FCH" and I still don't know what that stands for. Are there any other numbers stamped on it?
Its size and appearance look consistent with a Liberty engine in a tractor application. You can tell that it's not from a Liberty engine if the hub dimensions don't match it on this chart.
Lots of these style propellers were sold off as surplus in the 1920s.
