Unknown propeller part

Hello,
Could someone help me with this propellerpart?
It has 9 layers of wood.
The bolt holes are strange.
There seems to be 8 holes but there is a strange distance between the holes.
Any help is welcome!
There's also a copper edge that's screwed on with little copper screws.

Geert, I've been having all sorts of problems with user access after upgrading the software. Have you been getting an "access denied" page?

We're working on it. People attempting to register are getting "access denied" and no one seems to be able to figure out why.
