Hi, I have what I believe to be an old ww1 wooden propeller. After searching and looking at websites, I can't decide where it fits in. It has two round faded illegible decals on each blade some red and blue color left and a faded spread wing eagle across the decal. It looks like pictures of "Gremont" decal.
On either side of Hub are stamped round markings with PARIS in center and looks to be wording HELICE & GREMONT across top of stamp, I cannot read word around bottom of stamp appears to starts with GEE ( 15 letters long )
Top of Hub on one side are markings; C _ L _ 6019
HP
Other side or Hub are markings; C _ C or G _ 3 _ 80 _ GN
Lenght: 162 cm
Blade Width: 26 cm
Hub Width: 17 cm
Hub Thickness: 10 cm
Thank for your help it is really appriciated.
