Hello, I recently acquired an early 120" wooden prop, with an 8 bolt hub. It has a uniform brass or copper protector that wraps 1" around each leading edge approx. 4' long all the way to each terminal end. The metal edge does not widen out on the terminal ends nor appear to have had any other type of material used as a protector. The wood appears to be mahogany, and is in 6 plies. Near the hub it is stamped with numbers 12192, and above this is the lone number 2. There are not any decals, but there is some remnant silver paint. I would appreciate any insight on it's age, host, or value. It may become part of your collection! I will post some pics tomorrow on this thread. Thanks in advance!
Just added a couple of pics- This was salvaged from storage in the rafters of an old building to be demolished- I do not have any history on it whatsoever.
