Hello everyone! I have a propeller that used to belong to my grandfather. My dad told me that my grandfather told him the propeller was designed for a target drone from WWII. I'd like to see if anyone can help me ID it.

All numbers stamped anywhere on the propeller: 22008, SER GG815, GG815
Number of bolt holes: 6
There's some sort of cartouche but I'm not sure what it says (see pic).
