Info sought on old wooden propeller

Hi all,
Is it possible with the following information to find out more of a propeller:
Lenght = 2,8 m
6 holes
and the following text: GI 518 N 37 SER 10228

Any info appricated.

A six hole hub is a little unusual for a propeller of that length (Most of them are 8 hole.) and there isn't much information from the numbers that I can tell. A picture might help.
