If Dave doesn't have a source there is an outfit here in the city where I live (Baton Rouge, LA) that does an excellent job of making reproductions from pictures.

Usually it's less expensive to have them produce a batch of decals. I'll supply a high quality close up photo (or you can use the one on the web site, which is of poorer quality), in exchange for an extra set or two of the reproductions. Let me know how it works out.
