The drg no is T28153, I suspect, where the letter T indicates a drawing of the Royal Aircraft Factory, then known as the RAF, also stamped on your prop.
It was the standard aux prop for generating electricity, here up to 500 Watt, and was used on aircraft such as the HP O/400 and the Vickers Vimy.
These aux props were made by several makers including Betjemann and Oddy. One is stamped L & V, which might be a curtailment of the initials L & W for Lucraft and Westcott, but I don't know what VOL would stand for.
