Aquired a nice wooden prop and need help

This propeller was just given to me by someone who's father found it in a wheat field in Kansas in 1940. The brass (or copper) I.D. plates on either side of the hub are very clear. There is also a stamp on one of the blades that says WESTMOORE with a nice image of a prop with wings. Can't see much more except that it was made in Chicago. Seems to be in good shape and has copper tips (which on one side of one of the blades, the copper is degraded a bit). Other than that it is completely untouched and in original condition. Any help with I.D. and approx value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve

The first plate says:

The other plate says:
