Own an OX-5 Prop

Any idea how I might be able to identify the aircraft make and model using the s/n stamped on it??? The numbers are below:

1581-4

Unfortunately, that's a nearly impossible task with just those numbers. While there are a few lists that correlate blueprint numbers with aircraft use, those numbers don't appear on the lists that I have, and whatever other listings may have existed before seem to have been lost over time.

A picture might help offer some suggestions.
