Dave, thank you. Is there a way to determin more about it? like who made it or its age etc....

Not really. Most of them would have drawing numbers that might help, but absent those all you could do is try to match the hub dimensions to a known engine type. We don't have a listing for modern engine hub sizes, but that is a project for sometime in the future.
