ID Propeller

I am trying to help a friend ID a propeller. Here is the info I have:
Wooden, appx. 9 ft in length. 8 bolt holes.Lines read as follows:

P548I (possibly 1)
8 5x5II (possibly 11)
P 5229
US (with an anchor between the letters. I assume this denoted Navy)
I am new to this process and would appreciate any help you might offer.

A picture might help. I can't identify it from those numbers, but I suspect it was one of many Navy flying boat propellers from the late teens.
