Please Identify Chicago Prop. #591-1

I am trying to identify a Chicago Propeller by Wm. H. Gardner & Sons.
It is 7'4 1/4" long, 8 bolts on 5 1/4" centers with the number 591-1 stamped on it. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
