Need Help with a Fahlin Prop ID

I have a great Fahlin prop & I'm trying to determine which aircraft it was used on, along with it's age.

Here is the info that was stamped next to the hub.

FAHLIN D-365A (the 6 might be a 5??)
NO 2697 HP62
RP L1600
ATC - 521

I'm not sure about the RP??

The hub has 8 bolt holes. It was also made at Fahlin in Marshall, MO.

Any information you can provide me would be appreciated.

I don't have any info on this design number. Dave may have additional information from the prop's ATC number.
