Hartzell Industries wooden propeller

My family has had in our possession for many years a propeller that was manufactured by Hartzell Industries. On the propeller it states this information:

DESIGN 343\46 (76)
SR. NO. 39579
R.P.M. 2300
H.P. 65

What I am asking, if you could help me find any information, history, date of manufacturing....

The 65 HP stamping does narrow it down, although there were lots of small trainers that used 65 HP engines, either Continental, Franklin or (I think) Lycoming. Hartzell may have made that model under licensing agreement from another manufacturer, although I can't find the design number listed anywhere.

It might help, although most of those 65 HP props look pretty much the same. I've got one other Hartzell resource I'll try to find.

I have looked through the decals that hartzell Propellers has on file, and I do not have a decal that matches those that are listed. Is there another source for I.D. of this decal?
