Help ID this Propeller

Please can anyone help ID this propeller. 96 3/4" long, as Thomas Scout written in marker on it. Bolt holes are 4 5/8" Has 438 on either side of the 6 holes & 2 off to one side.

The 6 hole pattern in not consistent with the Thomas Morse Scout, which used an 8 hole LeRhone (or a Gnome, also 8 hole) engine hub.
I'm not sure what your propeller was designed for. The hub has obviously been carved out, usually for a clock or similar decoration.
