I have a 82" wooden propeller with the following markings "FLOTTORP, Grand Rapids, Michigan both blades alike float". IT has a number inscribe on the propeller which is 764156. It has an etched stamp which reads "Design 3153 ATC 384 16775." My Uncle worked with Kelly Johnson in the Skunk works. Can you help me identify this propeller??
