Small 3ft mystery propeller

New to the forum and to wooden props in general. I purchased this blade in a local UK antiques shop, where it was gathering dust. Being generally interested in aviation, it caught my eye.
It’s only 3ft long, has sheathing to leading edges and has some stampings to the central boss. Interestingly the sheathing is in three separate sections, rather than one
Would be fascinated to learn more about it.

It's likely not for a certificated aircraft, so other possibilies could include a target drone, an industrial fan or wind driven generator, etc.
