Help in IDing possible WWI Wooden Prop

I came across this wooden propeller with markings.
The tag said it was from a WWI or WWII test drone airplane but the owner was not certain. Any help would be Greatly appreciated!

It could be a generator prop of some kind, but I doubt that it can be identified.
