Need some help to figure out what this is

Hi!

I just bought this wooden propeller. I think it look nice, but I have no idea of how old it can be or what kind of manufactor.

Does anyone here have a clue?

The only markings stamped into the propeller is "7.0 x 35" - (which probably is the size) and "8803 JV". I have no idea of what the latter one can refer to.

It may be an ultralight prop. I don't know what the markings indicate, either.

How about this one?

Allegedly a "Sopwith Prop" for sale in military knick nack store in Poland. approx. $2000 US dollars.

Genuine? Has metal leading edge which does not seems to match most WWI sopwith props but otherwise in decent shape.
