Can anyone identify this marking?

Good afternoon, I bought this half propeller the other day and would like to find out more. Has a stamping of SAC or CAS with the #31 blade is 10’5” long 7” wide at hub. Thank you

May I suggest that you post photos directly on this page? I could not view anything on photobucket.

Also, the characters in text form are hard to interpret. A photo of the stamped info would also be helpful.

I'm afraid they're not going to be much help. Most of the information about a propeller is stamped on the hub itself, so just the blade portion could be almost anything.
