Hartzell Prop

This prop ended up in my mother-in-law's dining room after Katrina hit Bay St. Louis, MS. I have gathered some information from this website but was hoping to get more. It is roughly 6'6" and has 8 bolts in the center. The serial # is 10409. I appreciate any information. Thanks!

It's fairly short for most of the 8 hole hubs. Aren't there some other numbers stamped on it? Could it have been cut down from a larger size?
