My dad has an Avro hub and blade (single blade) of a propeller from an Avro 504 gnome rotary engine. It has the Avro insignia on one side (in gold with crown). It has AID inspection stamps, has engine type inscribed around the hub, together with serial numbers, laminated prop, green/grey painted tip. From Southend sometime between WW1 and WW2.
He's interested in selling it, but doesn't know how, or where, or what sort of price he should be asking. Any help or advice would be very greatly appreciated.
