From what I can make out it looks like the following markings on it:

Line 1: 18900 C
Line 2: DES 36 A40
Line 3: Max 2650
Line 4: HB or HP 75

Someone gave an estimated range of pricing from $500-$700.

I will do $500 plus shipping cost (fully insured)
