Jenny? Propeller with Inscriptions

My faterh-inl-aw has a wooden propeller that is capped on the leading edge and over the ends with brass?
One tip appears to have been broken but repaired and it looks like the propeller was given to somebody as a momento.

It has the following inscriptions woodburned into it:
Col. L.H. Briton
Northwest Airways
"Speed" Holman

Glendale Cal.
J.D. Wiles
Eddie Blandie
Steve Shore
Fredie Cane
Jack Collin

AeroCrop Co.

I also has the letters TAT with an arrow through it.

Is this something of interest?
